Inside the Nucleus of a Eukaryotic cell you can find a dense region made of DNA, RNA, and Proteins called the Nucleolus. The job of the Nucleolus is Ribosome synthesis or to make Ribosomes. Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum uses the Ribosomes made in the Nucleolus to make proteins.

Chromosomes and Chromatin are also found in the Nucleus. Chromosomes are a double helix of nucleotides. Chromatin's structure is unwound DNA. A Chromosome's Structure is a Chromatin wraped Hictone Protein. Chromosomes hold the genetic information to make everything for a cell. Chromosomes and Chromatin work with proteins to make DNA.
