In the Cytoplasm
Nucleus

In the Cytoplasm of a Eukaryotic cell, you can find the control center of the cell, the Nucleus. The Nucleus is usally near the center of the cell enclosed in a double membrane called the Nuclear Envlope. Along with being the control center of the cell it also protects chromosomes. (DNA) The nucleus works with all the organelles because it controls them all and tells them what to do.
Nuclear Envelope

The Nuclear Envelope is the membrane outside of the Nucleus. The Nuclear Envelope is a phospholipid bilayer with dozens of pores that controls what gets in and out of the Nucleus. The Nuclear Envelope works with the Nucleus because it protects it.
Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum

Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum is found in the Cytoplasm outside of the Nuclear Envelope in an Eukaryotic Cell. Rough ER is a complex network of tubes and sacs which is enclosed in a membrane that is studded with Ribosomes. Rough ER is the site of Protein Synthesis (making Proteins), attaches things to Proteins, and a Protein transportation device. The Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum works with Ribosomes to make Proteins.
Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum

The Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum is outside the Rough ER in the Cytoplasm. The Smooth ER is a network fluid-filled channels enclosed by a phosphlipid bilayer. Unlike the Rough ER, Smooth ER is not studded with Ribosomes. Smooth ER makes lipids also known as lipid synthesis, modifies proteins, and breaks down toxins that gets into the cell. Smooth ER works with Ribosomes and Rough ER becauses they are all involved in Protein Synthesis.
Ribosomes

Ribosomes can be attached to Rough ER or floating in the Cytoplasm of a cell. Ribosomes are the smallest organelle is not surrounded be a membrane. Ribosomes are seperated into two parts: a small subunit and a large subunit. Ribosomes make Proteins. Ribosomes work with Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum to make Proteins.
Lysosomes

Lysosomes have a sac-like structure surround by a single membrane and holds powerful digestive enzymes. These digestive enzymes are called Hydrolytic enzymes. Lysosomes are found in the cytoplasm of a Eukaryotic cell. Lysosomes can break down dying cells, toxins, food particles and organelles. Lysosomes work with peroxisomes to break down toxins.
Mitochondria

In a cell there are 300-800 Mitochondria's per cell. They can be found in the Cytoplasm. Mitochondria are oval shape with a double membrane. Mitochondria provide energy (ATP) for the cell. Mitochondria works with all of the organelles because it provides ATP for them.
Golgi Apparatus (Golgi Bodies)

Golgi Bodies are found in the cytoplasm. The strucure of the Golgi Bodies is the shape of a stack of flatten sacks. The Golgi Bodies process, package, and store products that are going to be released from the cell. Golgi Bodies work with rough ER when they transport proteins.
Vacuole
http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/cells/plants/images/plantvacuolesfigure1.jpg
Vacuoles can be found in plant cells and animal cells. The only difference is that in a plant cell it is bigger. A Vacuole can be found in the cytoplasm of a cell. It has a single membrane around a fluid filled space. Vacuoles store food, water, and minerals for a cell. Vacuoles work with the whole cell because it stores the food for the cell.
Peroxisomes
http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/cells/peroxisomes/images/peroxisomesfigure1.jpg
Peroxisomes are similar lysosomes but instead of carrying digestive enzymes they carry oxidative enzymes. A peroxisome is held together by a phospholipid bilayer embedded with proteins. Peroxisomes break down lipids and toxins like hydrogen peroxide that threatens lipids. Peroxisomes work with Lysosomes to break down toxins.
Cell Membrane
http://library.thinkquest.org/C004535/media/cell_membrane.gif
The Cell Membrane surrounds the outside of an animal cell or is located just inside of the Cell Wall in a plant cell. The Cell Membrane is a phospholipid bilayer with proteins embedded in it. The Cell Membrane detirmines what gets in and out of the cell and allows the inside of the cell to have a different chemical environment than its surroundings. The Cell Membrane works with the whole cell by protecting it.
